Digital products

Products are digital prompt-system packages. The product page identifies whether access is lifetime or fixed-duration. A monthly product is prepaid access for the displayed number of days and does not automatically renew unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise.

Accounts and licenses

Each paid user receives an individual activation password. Do not resell, publish or share licensed packages or passwords unless the product license expressly permits it.

Delivery

After verified payment, the product is delivered through My Library or a verified redirect. Keep the purchase ID for support.

Availability

Temporary interruptions may occur because of hosting, Firebase, Google authentication or payment-provider availability. Pending payments can be rechecked from My Library.
